The Office Co partnered with McClarrons Insurance Brokers to create a workplace designed around people. Supporting productivity, strengthening collaboration, and reflecting the confidence and credibility of a trusted commercial insurance business.
From the outset, the focus was on understanding how McClarrons’ teams work day to day, how they connect with one another, and how the workplace could better support those interactions. Through in-depth consultation, The Office Co identified opportunities to bring people together, encourage collaboration, and create spaces that support both focused work and shared moments throughout the day.
Using this insight, a carefully considered brief and optimised floor plan were developed. The layout improves flow, maximises usable space, and introduced clearly defined zones that promote communication, teamwork, and flexibility. Helping the workplace work harder for its people, both now and in the future.
Design development centered on creating an environment that feels welcoming, comfortable, and easy to use. Furniture and finishes were selected with employee wellbeing in mind, balancing ergonomics and durability with a refined, contemporary aesthetic. Collaboration areas were designed as inviting, purposeful spaces that encourage conversation, knowledge sharing, and connection, helping teams feel more engaged and supported in their working environment.
The Office Co managed the project end-to-end, taking care of everything from design and specification through to procurement and installation. Delivered efficiently and with minimal disruption, the result is a fully realised workplace ready for immediate use.
